The Vision Behind Inspire

Inspire Leadership is presented by Unify Dayton Collaborative, the team behind the Unify Dayton Leaders’ Summit. This group—made up of local organizations and leaders—shares a commitment to fostering growth, connection, and leadership excellence in the Miami Valley.

The series builds on the foundation of Provoke, a leadership initiative by Southbrook Church, which united leaders to grow, connect, and mentor with integrity, character, and vision.

Inspire Leadership is led by Wendy Roop, an Executive Coach, speaker and co-host of the Culture is an Inside Job podcast. With a passion for helping leaders develop strong cultures and lead with authenticity, Wendy brings valuable insights, practical tools and real-world experience to each discussion.
