Exclusive Weekend Retreat (Optional Add-On)

You’ll attend one 90-minute group session per month, plus two private coaching sessions (one at the start of the program and another at the halfway through the 6-month program).
We also provide optional exercises and tools to help reinforce your growth between sessions.
